Menu:

Starters - Tabua of chorizo cheese bread and crackers. Mains - Slow cooked lam or Algarvian tuna or Zeitan, all with vegetables and gratinated potato or vegetable bolognese. Dessert - Whiskey ice cream tart or Algarve tart.
