As part of the Lagos City Council's "Fábrica do Empreendedor" project, the Algarve Digital Innovators (ADI) Community Network launched its activities to stimulate collaborative innovation processes.

According to a statement, the ADI is now moving into a new phase with preparations for an intermunicipal roadshow, from September to November 2025, which represents "a milestone in strengthening the digital innovation ecosystem" in the Algarve.
The network's creation stemmed from a partnership between the University of Algarve, the Algarve Intermunicipal Community, the Algarve Regional Business Association, and the National Association of Young Entrepreneurs, among other entities.
