"This integration represents an important milestone, given the technical demands and rigor required to provide real-time data," a press release states, adding that the networks operated by Transdev are also on Google Transit.

Google Transit is the Google Maps public transportation feature that allows passengers to check routes, stops, and schedules directly in the app.

"The networks operated by Transdev, Avemobilidade, Aveirobus, Cávado, Covilhã Mobilidade, MobiAve, and MobiViseuDãoLafões are integrated with Google Transit, making daily travel simpler and more convenient," the company statement states.

To check bus schedules, simply open the Google Maps app, enter your desired destination, and select "Directions."

Then select the "Public Transportation" icon, and the app will display available route options, including bus lines, departure and arrival times, and the location of the nearest stops.
