In the combined scores of the style dance and free dance events, the Portuguese skater achieved a total of 140.01 points, finishing one place ahead of her compatriot Albina Kachur (137.78).
Dutch skater Quinty van Lare became world champion, with Italian Mariaclaudia Parziali taking silver.

In the junior males competition, Francisco Gonçalves finished in fifth place with 126.48 points, in an event won by Italian Yuri Allegranti, ahead of Colombian Jeshua Follego and Spaniard Joel Ribeiro Díaz.
In the farewell of the Portuguese team from Beijing, Guilherme Sousa was sixth in the senior male dance competition, with 139.44 points, one place ahead of his compatriot Ernesto Silva (133.31).
The Colombian Brayan Carreño is the new world champion, followed by the Italians Gherardo Altieri Degrassi and Raoul Allegranti.
Team victories
In the same competition, the Portuguese team Rolar4SK8 won the bronze medal in the senior quartet of the show and precision events at the World Figure Skating Championships.
The Portuguese team, representing the Rolar Matosinhos club, finished the competition with 67.18 points, behind the Spanish team Vórtex (69.44) and ahead of the Colombian team Vento (63.30), with the Portuguese team Endless Troopers (56.70) in seventh place.
This was Portugal's second medal in the show and precision events, after the Endless Troopers won silver in the junior quartet event.
It is worth remembering that Portugal had won four medals in free skating, with Madalena Costa (seniors) and Rita Azinheira (juniors) becoming champions and Diogo Craveiro (seniors) and João Pedro Cruz (juniors) winning bronze, in addition to Ema Pitoco de Sousa's bronze in the junior dance event.
Reaching the Olympics
Although in a different discipline, within skating, ice speed skaters Afonso Silva and Miguel Bravo qualified for the World Cups and joined Jéssica Rodrigues in the fight for Olympic qualification for the Milan-Cortina Games, which will be held in 2026.
According to the Portuguese Winter Sports Federation (FDI-Portugal), Afonso Silva, with a time of 6:38.21, won the Portuguese Cup in the 5 km single distance speed skating event, which took place in Inzell, Germany, followed by Miguel Bravo, in 6:39.46.
Both skaters, therefore, met the minimum required time of 6:42.00 minutes.
In the same competition, 19-year-old Jéssica Rodrigues had secured her place in the World Cup stages in the 1,000-metre distance – setting a new absolute and junior national record.
Thus, the three athletes will be present at the World Cup stages in Salt Lake City, in the United States, and Calgary, in Canada, in November, which could be worth a passport to the Winter Olympic Games.
Jéssica Rodrigues, junior world champion, will attempt to qualify in the 500-meter, 1-kilometer, and mass start disciplines, Afonso Silva in the 1,500-metres, 5-kilometres, and mass start, and Miguel Bravo in mass start.
Jéssica Rodrigues, a skater from Clube Desportivo e Recreativo dos Prazeres, was crowned junior world champion in speed skating on ice, in the mass start discipline, in Collalbo, Italy, on February 9th, winning the first world title for Portugal in winter sports.
Fausto Marreiros was the last Portuguese athlete to compete in Olympic speed skating, at the Nagano Games in 1998, finishing 31st in the 5,000-metre race.
