The future four-star hotel located in Vila Nova de Gaia, next to Avenida da República, is scheduled to open in 2026, bringing together more than 185 rooms, a restaurant, a gym and a spa. The hotel unit will focus on “a concept oriented towards new technologies and an irreverent style, maintaining the comfort and quality that characterise the SANA brand”, as indicated in a press release.

According to a report by Publituris: "the building will undergo energy certification, with the investment reflecting strong sustainability concerns and objectives."

The Azinor Group, through its SANA Hotels brand, currently operates 17 units and more than 2,900 rooms. With the Evolution brand, the group focuses "on modern and technological concepts."
