The project is scheduled to launch in January 2026, with construction expected to begin in March, lasting up to nine months.

This intervention will require the temporary relocation of classes to the former Quinta Boavista estate, built in the first half of the 19th century, on a hill overlooking the Mondego River in the eastern part of Coimbra.
