Moliceiros are traditional wooden boats from the Aveiro region of Portugal, famous for their colourful panels and paintings depicting Portuguese culture.

Originally used to collect moliço (seaweed for fertiliser), today they are the city’s main tourist attraction, offering tours of the urban canals that tell the story of local history and life, and are part of Portugal’s Intangible Cultural Heritage.
