RE: New border rules

EDITOR, Is it not correct that the new rules being implemented next month do not apply to non EU citizens who travel to Portugal and who hold a valid residence card for this country?

EDITOR, I have recently returned from a large shopping spree in support of our wonderful bombeiros who have fought day and night to control the recent fires. I did not see any donation for food etc trolleys at the checkout, why is this, can someone please explain, most of the firefighters have day jobs and are volunteers at night? I as well as many expats are so proud of the work they do and wish to support them. Thank you
