According to Publituris, TAP says that the change will guarantee passengers greater comfort and convenience.
Dr. António Agostinho Neto International Airport is located around 42 km from the city centre. It was built on a site with a total area of 75km2 and designed to accommodate large aircraft such as the Airbus A380.
The passenger terminal has three piers, two for international flights and one for domestic flights. There are also a total of 40 aircraft parking spaces and the capacity to receive 15 million passengers a year. Publituris reveals that Dr António Agostinho International Airport can handle 10 million international passengers and five million domestic passengers. There are also a number of facilities in the infrastructure that provide passengers with a comfortable and convenient experience.
At the moment, TAP offers a daily flight between Lisbon and Luanda and a weekly flight between Porto and the Angolan capital.
