Enter the Tawny Negroni - a bold reinterpretation of the classic aperitif, infused with the character of Taylor’s 10-Year-Old Tawny Port.
This cocktail replaces the usual vermouth with aged Tawny, adding rich complexity: notes
of dried figs, burnt orange, and roasted almond complement the herbal bite of gin and the unmistakable bitterness of Campari. The result is a drink that’s elegant, warming, and unmistakably October.
Whether sipped in the cosy lounge at Taylor’s or recreated at home for an autumn gathering, the Tawny Negroni is a modern classic in the making - one that shows just how versatile and contemporary Port can be.
