A production by the Algarve-based artistic company Mákina de Cena, "Os Memoráveis" moves between theatre, installation, and performance.

51 years after the Carnation Revolution, director Carolina Santos offers a radically contemporary approach - faithful to the literary depth of Lídia Jorges' novel, yet open to the blending of stage languages. The piece incorporates screen acting and live theatrical performance, both live and pre-recorded video projections, real-time set manipulation, direct interaction with the audience, and a 45-minute intermezzo with dinner.
