Stand up Comedy by Diogo Faro «Sourdough»! Sourdough starter is a continuous living process, teeming with life in itself, where millions of invisible microorganisms form the whole. And so flour and water are added to this life, and it is seasoned with salt. Perhaps it was too much; it was an impulse. You readjust it. And it grows, growing somewhat shapelessly, with a few hiccups, but consistently. Sourdough is the beginning of ancestral bread, the thing that fills the very depths of our core. The very centre of the centre. And it also extends beyond us. It goes from us to others, it reaches out to everything.
