Tourists from the United States choose the Irish Rock 'N' Roll Museum Experience in Dublin as their favourite international attraction.

The majority of Americans lacked a passport just thirty years ago. However, the desire to see the world outside of the United States appears to have grown, as evidenced by the 200 percent increase in foreign travel since 2022 alone.

Nowadays, Americans are seeing the greatest sights and experiences the globe has to offer, immersing themselves in the local way of life at famous sites and museums, beaches, national parks, and retail centres. But which destinations do Americans most highly suggest to other tourists?

Casago investigated how US reviewers select the finest tourist destinations and activities across ninety-seven countries to get the answer. The top destinations were then ranked based on average ratings.

According to their study, Americans rank the Irish Rock 'N' Roll Museum Experience in Dublin's Temple Bar neighbourhood as one of the top attractions in the world, giving it an average rating of 5.00.

It is hardly surprising that a location that blends these two cornerstones of American culture is a favourite with US residents—one in ten Americans identify as being of Irish descent, and rock is the most popular musical genre in the nation.

In addition to historical rock and roll displays, the museum lets guests live out their dreams of being rock stars on stage.

The top-rated attractions on each continent were also examined in the Casago survey. With an average rating of 4.94, American reviewers named the Matterhorn in Switzerland as one of the top attractions in Europe, only surpassed by The Irish Rock 'N' Roll Museum Experience.
