After getting married, Georgina Rodriguez is said to have adopted Cristiano Ronaldo's three older children, as reported by the Spanish magazine Hola.

Cristiano Ronaldo's wife had, in a way, already treated his three older children as her own; however, her maternal role is now formalised with Cristiano Ronaldo Jr., 16, and twins Eva María and Mateo, 9. Thus, in addition to her biological children Alana Martina, 8, and Bella Esmeralda, 4, Georgina Rodriguez will also have three more children under her care.

When the couple met, Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. was already 6 years old, and, as reported by Hola, the model immediately became involved in the child's routine, assuming, in a way, the role of mother. In 2017, twins were born, children of Ronaldo alone. Five months later, Alana Martina, the couple's first biological daughter, was born.

In April 2022, the family grew again with the birth of Bella Esmeralda. However, the birth of the child was also marked by the death of twin Ángel during childbirth.

In an interview with ELLE magazine, Georgina Rodriguez admitted that she liked having a large family and began referring to Ronaldo's children as her own. The model also said to the same source that she seeks to instil values such as respect, responsibility, and dedication to work in her children, despite their favourable economic conditions.
