The price of synthetic diamonds is getting cheaper, while mined stones have kept steady prices for the past few years.

This fact is intentional, as companies such as De Beers, which produce mined stones, are trying to keep the prices up, at $7,543 in July 2026.
At the same time, not only the market but also the increased supply pushed down the prices of lab-grown stones.
