This marks a significant moment for the Western Algarve, as voices from the region and beyond come together to explore the theme "Co-Creating a Limitless Future."

Inspired by the courageous spirit of Gil Eanes, the legendary 15th-century navigator who dared to cross into the unknown, this event is a celebration of discovery, possibility, and collective transformation. The program is beautifully curated around four central themes: Limitless Self, Limitless Environment, Limitless Future, and Limitless Together.

The stage will host a diverse and inspiring line-up, featuring renowned voices like Rita Piçarra, António Guerreiro, and Paulo de Vilhena, together with passionate visionaries such as Izabella Soko, Penélope Gonçalves, and Rafaela Cardoso. Representing both local and international communities, they’ll bring powerful stories, fresh insights, and bold ideas designed to ignite minds and spark boundary-breaking conversations.


The event is co-created by a dedicated team of entrepreneurs and community builders: Elena Dimitrova, seasoned TEDx curator; Simone CR, host, curator and head of finance; and Marta Dinis, community connector, all united by a shared vision to bring meaningful change to the Algarve. Alongside them, a group of vibrant volunteers are helping shape a space that uplifts, connects, and inspires.

Talks will be held in both English and Portuguese, with live translation to ensure everyone feels included and heard. Beyond the talks, the day promises engaging performances, powerful networking moments, and a chance to experience TEDx energy in one of Portugal’s most soulful coastal towns.
