Julian Marley & The Uprising, key figures in contemporary reggae, will perform on the opening night, followed by Soraia Ramos (18th), Danni Gato (20th), Kura (21st), Julinho KSD (22nd), MXGPU (23rd), Diego Miranda (24th), and Vitor Kley (25th).

The festival will also include sunset music performances by Kamala & NBC (19th) and Blind Zero (26th).

The festival combines free concerts and sporting events, with around 350 athletes of various nationalities expected to participate.

The program includes the Santa Cruz Bodyboard Open—the second stage of the National Bodyboard Championship (18-19 July); the Santa Cruz Bodysurf Pro (18 or 19 July), part of the National Bodysurf Championship; the Santa Cruz European Bodyboard Pro (20-22 July), a stage of the European Bodyboard Tour; the Sealand Cup, featuring surf, bodyboard, and longboard events (20-21 July); the Junior Tour Santa Cruz (23-24 July); and national and international skimboard competitions (24-26 July).

The festival also incorporates sea-related leisure activities, from surf, bodyboard, and skimboard lessons to ocean safety awareness sessions, adaptive surfing, sunset yoga, interpretive walks, skateboarding experiences, beach volleyball tournaments, and educational and environmental activities.

Santa Cruz Ocean Spirit is organised by the Torres Vedras City Council and the municipal company Promotorres.
