Step Inside NAMA House Carcavelos: A New Way of Living by the Sea

This is the experience at the heart of NAMA House Carcavelos.

NAMA House Carcavelos brings together the privacy and familiarity of a home with the services and amenities of five-star hospitality. Located in the municipality of Cascais, just steps from Carcavelos Beach, it is a place designed not simply to be seen, but to be lived.

A first look inside the NAMA experience

The NAMA House Carcavelos model apartment offers a first glimpse into this distinctive approach to living.

From the moment you enter, the atmosphere feels calm, warm and naturally elegant. Neutral tones, tactile materials and carefully selected furnishings (by the one and only Restoration Hardware) create interiors that feel refined without being formal. Every element has been considered to make daily life simpler, more comfortable and more intuitive.

The open-plan living areas encourage connection, while generous windows bring the coastal light into the home and strengthen the relationship between the interior and its surroundings. The result is a space that feels both contemporary and timeless, somewhere to begin the day slowly, welcome family and friends or simply pause after time spent by the sea.

The residences are delivered fully furnished and equipped, with carefully curated décor packages by RH. From furniture and linens to fully equipped kitchens, the experience has been designed so that residents can feel at home from the moment they arrive.

This turnkey approach is about more than convenience, creating a sense of continuity across the entire home, where architecture, interiors and everyday functionality work naturally together.

Designed around the way people want to live

NAMA House Carcavelos comprises 45 one- to four-bedroom residences, designed by Broadway Malyan and shaped by a contemporary coastal aesthetic. Expansive glass façades, generous terraces, natural finishes and landscaped surroundings connect the development to the character of Carcavelos.

Beyond each private residence, a collection of services and shared spaces supports a more effortless way of living. Residents have access to concierge, housekeeping and laundry services, alongside amenities including an outdoor swimming pool, gym, playroom, chef’s kitchen and an on-site restaurant with garden seating.

These are not simply additional features. Together, they create a living experience centred on comfort, wellbeing and meaningful connection with more time to enjoy the people, places and moments that matter.

Between Lisbon, Cascais and the Atlantic

The location is an essential part of the NAMA experience. Carcavelos offers the openness and tranquillity of coastal living while remaining conveniently connected to both Lisbon and Cascais. The beach, international schools, restaurants, local services and transport connections are all within easy reach, making the area suitable for permanent living, extended stays or a second home in Portugal.

It is a setting where mornings can begin beside the ocean and the city remains close enough for work, culture and social life. This balance between accessibility and a more relaxed rhythm is what makes Carcavelos such a compelling place to live.
