The capital of the Algarve has its own charm, with pretty streets, traditional Portuguese buildings, little cafés, restaurants and plenty of shops to explore.

One of my favourite things to do here is walk through the city centre, especially along the pedestrian shopping streets, where you can find everything from well-known brands to smaller local shops.

Stop for a coffee, enjoy lunch at a traditional Portuguese restaurant, buy a little souvenir or just take your time exploring the streets.
