Over three days, the festival transformed the sands of Figueira da Foz into the capital of electronic music, bringing together the return of circuit veterans and the rise of new contemporary culture phenomena, all in a year when ticket sales exceeded expectations and broke previous records.

Strategic focus

The strategic focus and new features of this edition had been formally presented by the organisers at a press conference held at the Hotel Vila Galé.

At the time, Tiago Castelo Branco, Executive Director of MOT, highlighted that this year's event aimed to affirm values centred on family inclusion and cultural decentralisation; this included a policy of free admission for children up to 12 years old to help overcome logistical barriers.

Meanwhile, the local municipality, represented by councilwoman Cláudia Rocha, highlighted the Central region's capacity to host global-scale events, leveraging a robust infrastructure set up directly on the beach, featuring elements rarely seen at festivals, such as swimming pools and a fully equipped gym for attendees.

Opening day

The opening day, Friday, 10 July, saw the venue open its gates at 3pm, with strict security screening and control measures in place at the entrances.


The musical lineup kicked off with performances by Tiago Cruz, Vertile, and DJ Pette, followed by a back-to-back set featuring Third Party alongside Matisse & Sadko. The day’s undisputed highlight was the performance by Portuguese DJ Diego Miranda, who drove the event's most impactful moments with his best-known hits.

Unique headliner

On Saturday, 11 July, the festival shifted genres and focused attention on its unique headliner: Father Guilherme. The Portuguese priest and DJ brought his melodic techno set to Praia do Relógio, a style he had previously described as vibrant and capable of inclusively connecting with younger generations.

The musical backbone of this second day relied on the faster-paced beats of hardstyle and psytrance, represented by international acts such as Timmy Trumpet, Vini Vici, Will Sparks, Sound Rush, the duo Dual Damage, as well as Sick Individuals and Zanova.

The grand finale

The festival’s finale on Sunday, 12 July, was marked by the highly anticipated return of Dutch producer Hardwell. Ten years after his historic performance at the festival, the renowned DJ accepted the invitation to celebrate his bond with the Figueira da Foz audience.

The final day was rounded out by performances from KAAZE, Kura, Nifra, Sound Rush, and Pedro Carrilho. Stage hosting and broadcast duties throughout the weekend were once again handled by the RFM resident duo Rich & Mendes, bringing to a close an edition that established itself as a significant economic and cultural driver for the country.
