Founded by Israeli Eyal Litwin, Ukrainian Artem Zhebrovskyi and German Matan Amitai, Nova Atlantic is investing around €87 million in developments in Sintra, Vila Nova de Gaia and Viana do Castelo.

The company’s projects range from family homes in a private resort to apartments overlooking northern Portugal, with construction already under way.

As reported by Jornal de Negócios, the largest investment is the Belas Residences at €43 million, located at Belas Clube de Campo in Sintra, which will include 46 three- and four-bedroom homes.

Eight of these will be semi-detached houses with their own swimming pools and gardens, while the remaining 38 townhouses will have private gardens and access to a shared swimming pool.

Nova Atlantic is developing Gaia Residences in Vila Nova de Gaia for €22 million, comprising 83 apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms.

In Viana do Castelo, the Green Hills Viana Residences consist of four buildings containing 116 apartments, representing a further investment of around €22 million.
