Implementation of HPL in each school will be further supported by the new appointment of Manj Nijjer as Director of Learning & Safeguarding, whose role has been created to strengthen educational leadership, drive school improvement and support collaboration across the Dukes Education family throughout Portugal.

Working closely with school leaders, Manj will help embed best educational practices and support professional development in each school, thereby ensuring that students benefit from the collective expertise of the wider Dukes Education network across the UK and Europe.

With more than 20 years of experience in education, Manj brings extensive expertise in school improvement, organisational change and leadership development. Having served as a Headteacher and held a range of senior leadership roles, he has built a reputation for improving educational outcomes, developing high-performing leadership teams and supporting schools through periods of growth and transformation.
