The match against the Armenian national team is scheduled for November 16th at 7:45 pm, three days after the Portuguese team visits the Republic of Ireland, returning to Estádio do Dragão, where they have lost only once, in the first round of Euro 2004, against Greece (2-1). Since then, they have had 11 wins and three draws.
Portugal started the qualifying round with two away wins, the first a 5-0 thrashing of Armenia on Saturday, before winning 3-2 in Hungary on Tuesday.
In October, Portugal will play two matches at the José Alvalade Stadium in Lisbon, hosting the Irish on October 11 and the Hungarians on October 14.
With two rounds played, Portugal leads Group F with six points, three ahead of Armenia, with Ireland and Hungary trailing on just one point.
