Pedras Amarelas at Galé Beach is primarily a restaurant, but you can definitely stop there just for a coffee or a drink.

There is a bar with chairs overlooking the beach, and we always stop there on our way to the sand. First, we have a coffee at the bar, and later we usually return to the restaurant area for lunch.

What can I say about this place? Once you visit it yourself, you will understand. The location is beautiful, the cocktails are great and the service is always excellent.

The views cannot get much better. Pedras Amarelas sits directly above Galé Beach, looking out over its golden rocks, long stretch of sand and the Atlantic Ocean. Even stopping for a quick coffee feels special when this is the view in front of you.

The restaurant also has a rooftop bar, which I personally prefer for an evening drink. It is a lovely place to watch the sunset and enjoy the last light over the ocean.

Alongside coffee and cocktails, the menu includes homemade lemonades, smoothies, milkshakes, frozen frappés and iced coffees. The restaurant itself specialises in Portuguese food, with plenty of fresh fish and seafood dishes.

Whether you are heading to the beach or simply looking for a café with an amazing view, Pedras Amarelas is well worth a visit.
